* Place yourself in any class, but after you win, you go UP one class...
* Declare each flight in advance (out & return or circuit), and get credit for TOTAL HANDICAPPED mileage on your best flight of any month - but ONLY if you RETURN TO CRYSTAL
* If there is a tie, fastest HANDICAPPED time wins
* Verification: HONOR SYSTEM !!
